NAPSA Fund targets to hit K50 bln in contributions by 2021



Zambia's National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) is projecting to achieve between K45 billion to K50 billion in membership contributions by 2021, expected to be triggered by digital platforms.


MTN, a leading telecom in Zambia, says subscribers on its Mobile Money platform have leaped to around 1.5 million and are expected to grow even further due to the positive consumer uptake in the digital space.


NAPSA have recently leveraged on this by adding in an MTN Mobile Money payment option for contributions to their online platform, eNAPSA, in an effort to increase membership and ease of payment for employers.
